Christian Unger
Managing Director
Christian graduated in 2005 with a double degree from ESCP European School of Management in Paris and City University in London. He spent 5 years with Goldman Sachs and TowerBrook Capital Partners in London focusing on M&A, investment opportunities and portfolio management in the DACH region. In 2010 he joined être belle cosmetics Group as a Managing Director leading e-commerce growth and private label projects worldwide. Christian joined L'Oréal’s Luxury Divison as CX Director in 2016. Other positions at L'Oréal include Brand Director Kiehls and HR Learning Director.
Christian is a vespa enthusiast and has a passion for investing in and renovating period-conversion buildings. He is Managing Director and founder of Unger Executive GmbH.

Dilara Anik
Research Consultant
Dilara successfully completed her dual studies at the IUBH Düsseldorf in 2017. After her studies, she worked in the hotel industry as a convention agent and was responsible for the planning and organization of executive events. In 2018 she moved to Eversports as an account manager and significantly developed the customer support segment. In 2021 she joined Vicou, one of the leading portals for online video courses as a project manager responsible for online marketing, product development and influencer management.
Dilara works as a research consultant at Unger Executive.
Rolf Sigmund
Senior Advisor
Rolf graduated from ESB Reutlingen/CESEM Reims. He spent more than 35 years with the L'Oréal Group in various positions around the world, lately as Managing Director of L'Oréal Luxe in Germany. Today, Rolf is Chairman of the board at Annemarie Börlind GmbH and a member of the supervisory board at Fashionette AG. Rolf is a passionate marketer and a strong believer in talent and vision. As a business angel he also shares his knowledge and experience supporting start-ups in the consumer industry.
Rolf advises the Company on multiple projects in the consumer space.
Harry Emich
Senior Advisor
Harry graduated from FU Berlin and started his career in marketing and sales at Margaret Astor. In 1982 he founded être belle cosmetics and has developed the company into a leading professional brand with a strong focus on China and Latin America. In 2005 he acquired Pfeiffer Laboratories to create a fully-integrated and independant cosmetics manufacturer and successful international private label business.
Harry advises the company on Mittelstand, cosmetics and China topics
Christoph Seeger
Senior Advisor
Christoph graduated from Mannheim University in 2000 and spent more than 20 years in corporate finance. He started his career at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt with a focus on M&A in the DACH region. Later he joined KKR as an investment manager in London where he was involved in large-scale private equity transactions. Christoph also gained valuable experience as a portfolio manager at various multi-strategy hedge funds in France and the UK. Today, Christoph is an entrepreneur and real estate investor.
Christoph advises the Company on M&A mandates.
